Who we serve
Most of our residents come to us through a professional who knows them: a VA social worker, a hospital discharge planner, a housing coordinator. We make that placement fast and predictable.
Move-in ready furnished rooms with every utility included, accepting HUD-VASH vouchers, VA pensions, and SSDI.
Referred by: HUD-VASH housing specialists, VA social workers, and homeless veteran program coordinators.
Independent living with daily sanitizing, professional cleaning, weekly grocery ordering help, and medication reminder hardware, without the cost of institutional care.
Referred by: Empowerline options counselors, referral coordinators, and aging services housing specialists.
A stable, structured home for independent adults connected to outpatient or community-based services.
Referred by: DBHDD Region 3 housing coordinators, GHVP field specialists, and community mental health providers.
Immediate placement for ambulatory patients who do not need skilled nursing but need somewhere stable to go.
Referred by: Inpatient case managers, ED social workers, and discharge planners at Grady, Emory Midtown, and area hospitals.

Our homes sit in Hunter Hills and Mozley Park, two historic West Atlanta neighborhoods about three miles from Downtown. Residents can get to appointments, services, and family across the city without a car.
MARTA rail
Ashby, West Lake, and Bankhead stations connect the neighborhood to Downtown and Midtown, with transfers to the rest of the MARTA system.
MARTA buses
Routes 3, 51, and 853 run along Martin Luther King Jr. Dr, Joseph E. Boone Blvd, and through Hunter Hills.
Atlanta Beltline
The 2.7-mile Westside Trail runs from Ashby station to West Lake station, right past our homes.
Parks
Mozley Park and Washington Park, linked by the Lionel Hampton Trail. Downtown is about three miles east.

We confirm fit, funding, and move-in timing with you within one business day.
In person or by video, with the client, their case manager, or both.
The room is furnished and utilities are on. The resident brings personal clothing.
Funding accepted
We accept residents whose full monthly package is covered before move-in, through a voucher, benefits, or a combination of sources. One flat $1,650 package, with no surprise bills for utilities or internet.
