About us

Afford America provides centrally-located housing for residents across America in need of finding safe and affordable housing for of the retirement age and living with mentally disabled conditions.

We do this by partnering with tenant-based rental assistance programs across America to help individuals and families experiences these hardships receive decent, and affordable dwelling units in the private rental market.

Additionally, our program provides participants with financial and credit counseling, to help them remove the financial and credit-related barriers to leasing units and preparing them for homeownership.

We partner with local food banks in the Mozley Park and Hunter Hills neighborhoods to provide those in need with clean produce, and an annual book scholarship to rising college freshman.
